Colin, Jacky and the installation team provided exemplary service from start to finish, including minor adjustments to alignment post-installation. Very happy overall. The moment we met Colin at his lovely showroom we just knew this was the company we wanted to work with us. He explained the process and time line, from order to survey to installation with absolute accuracy. No false promises, no "waffle", exactly the way we like to opperate..Once the order was placed Jacky kept us professionally updated at significant points of the process .The installation team were equally impressive, arriving in smart ,fully equipped vans, and working with great skill. Lovely showroom with products beautifully presented, and enthusiastic salesman Colin was very helpful and knowledgeable with lots of advice and recommendations. Jovial and enthusiastic installation team with approachable courteous personalities, always showed great care for property during measuring and installation. Jacky in the office has been of great support and assistance through from initial enquiry to correspondence and coordination with others in the Infinite team, and ensured insurance documentation was obtained and provided following the works. The quality of the components and the work done is excellent. Attention to detail and, listening to the customer and responding with practical sound advice, even at weekends is amazing. I am very happy with the entire process, from selecting and ordering through to installation and any necessary modifications. We were kept informed and the level of communication with all Infinite representatives was comfortably high. I'd definitely both recommend and use Infinite again.
