I'm not one for leaving reviews but am doing so now because this company's review score and my experience conflict. It's re-assurance for customers and positive word of mouth for Infra-remotes. My order was out of stock and I was contacted by a member of staff and offered an alternative product that does the same job. The difference in price was refunded. Unfortunately, the order was lost in the post so I contacted them about it about a week after it was sent. They then sent me out a replacement remote which arrived within two days. All of the e-mails I sent were responded to within a few hours and they were very apologetic and helpful. Having also bought from them on e-bay (perfect transaction btw) I can see that they also do a lot more business than their infra-remotes website would have you believe. Most of the negative reviews come from the last year, during a global pandemic. Just throwing that out there. Will happily buy from them again.

Scam Company. Do not purchase. I ordered a remote, did not have a confirmation email or number. Emailed to chase had a response asking for my order number, I explained I did not have one but gave details of purchase and explained the money had been taken from my account. I had no response, I asked for a refund and no response.

ABSOLUTE SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER!! i will happily ammend this review if we are ever contacted back by this company. They take your order, don't send confirmation of it and don't reply to emails/phone. So i am down £20 for a remote with seemingly no way of even being refunded because i cannot contact anyone. Wish i had read reviews first
