Very poor example of dog grooming!! my dog got groomed today and unfortunately he has been butchered! He is incredible short on his main body which i didn’t ask for and he is poorly shaped (if shaped at all) where in some places he has patches of being nearly down to the skin. His head is poorly shaped and incredible uneven. The staff were shown a photo to go off and were told the fur to be half the length of what it was, with short ears, and shaped all over. I think this a poor example for £55. Updated *** I have spoken to the groomers in which they have said when he left he looked “neat and tidy” and sent me a picture. I this picture there is a clear bald patch to his back leg. I have been offered to have any “minor imperfections” fixed however i do not understand how a bald patch is ‘minor’ or can be fixed ? i do not now feel comfortable taking him back somewhere with such poor standards. Also there are only 63 google reviews, 9 of which are 1 star reviews!

Took our short haired shepherd cross for a de-shed. I was told when picked up that she was distressed by the blower. Basically, for £35 she'd has a bath, a quick brush and a toe nail clip. She's now shedding more than ever! Not a penny knocked off. Shocking service

Had my 1year old Male Rottweiler in today for a nail clipping. His first experience at pets at home was a bad one due to a cut making his paw bleed, so ever since he's been nervous. The young female groomer was great with him, and with me holding him she calmy managed to clip all his nails. Fully recommend these groomers. Our boy doesn't need grooming due to his coat, but if he did I would 100% be using them for more than just Nail clippings.
