    i don’t know how many times i can call for a refund to be processed, i’ve called since the start of may for a refund of an appointment that i cancelled two weeks before. Every-time i’ve called, they’ve said that they will forward it and it’s not happened. i’ve called more than 4-5 times now and all i can say is when you want to cancel they NEVER issue a refund. poor service

    On Saturday afternoon I booked an emergency appointment for next day, morning time. I paid £120 in advance, but because my face was swollen and had such bad pain, I kept searching the internet until I found a dentist available on Saturday. I called them back after a half an hour to cancel the appointment and ask for a refund. They said they can't give me a refund and that I should've read the 24 hours cancellation policy. I'm a single mother, struggling with everything and those money were my emergency money, just in case my baby girl needed something. I do think it's not fair and human what they are doing. Does it make sense a 24 hour cancellation policy for an emergency service? I didn't had 24 hours in between the booking time and the appointment time. I had only 12 so they chose to take my money. Why they have such a policy when they are booking same day appointments?
