This company gets you hooked with special offers and then cannot deliver Started a pension transfer at the beginning of the year and still they haven't managed to get in touch with my present pension provider they don't even know the correct email for Scottish widow's to facilitate the transfer if you want to speak to somebody you you are better off using AJ BELL they are very good at picking up the phone interactive investor not good picking up the phone.

I've been with ii for over 10 years and have invested on other platforms too. Over this period I've tried many of the ii services, including pension transfer and crystallisation. I find their site intuitive to use and the ii cost model to be both clear and flexible. I also find their various reviews, insights and portfolios very useful. Based on my experience thus far, I would certainly recommend.

I don’t like the reviews here but I will keep it vague due to privacy issues. My boyfriend works here for IT. He makes a good salary and they take care of their workers with different insurance covers. Even with mental health if that ever becomes needed. I like the fact they care this much. His last job underpaid him and overworked him. Since he got this job he has been much more happy and making a good salary and feels appreciated. I would recommend looking for a job here and not look at the other reviews as I know he had several job offers but he choose this company and I’m glad he did. During covid he works from home. But the few times he is needed in the office they also pay for his lunch. 10/10 would recommend to work here.

Absolutely shocking contact for any potential staff. I would advise anyone not to go for an interview here as they don't even get back to anyone who has passed their tests and taken a face to face interview. Very ignorant and not reliable at all. Rather give no stars but unfortunately that's not an option. Waste of peoples time. stay away
