Since I purchased a new coffee machine I have tried several varieties of coffee beans mixed outcomes. I decided to try Iron & Fire when I saw how many Great Taste Awards they had received. I chose Colombian Jazz, although there were other single origin and blends that I was tempted to try. I’m not a coffee expert and I won’t even attempt to describe the favour, aroma or aftertaste. However, I know what I like. All I will say is that I highly recommend that you try Colombian Jazz . You will not regret it. In fact you may, like me, be keen to purchase nothing else other than other coffee beans roasted by Iron & Fire!

Slightly prefer the Salvador brand. Both good quality and taste, but why so expensive. I usually buy my coffee in Tuscany and cannot understand why there is such a price differential for good quality coffee.

Tried several other roasters, but ended up coming back to Iron&Fire. Love their decaf blend! Lovely combination of spicy notes and pleasant honey like aftertaste. Also the Papua New Guinea is also a hit for me. Doing them on Sage Oracle 16g on grind number 16, if anyone will be wondering.
