After looking extensively for weeks, I finally found my dream wedding dress in Isabella Kristensen, Beauchamp Place, London. I was looking for an ethereally beautiful and timelessly elegant wedding dress which I could wear for the wedding itself and two receptions. I found Martin, Radhika and the team to be extremely skilled, knowledgeable, personable and caring; not only altering the dress to fit me absolutely perfectly, but giving me a wonderful and assured experience along the way (and also thoughtful and attentive aftercare.) They were always available if I had a question and were highly considerate towards both my husband and I. The customer service here is truly exemplary and the designs unique, beautiful and exquisitely feminine. I can’t wait to return. We would not hesitate to highly recommend Isabella Kristensen.

The most wonderful experience ever culminating in a spectacular gown!! The whole process was a joy from start to finish! Trying on and deciding on the right dress! The customer service was incredible….nothing was too much trouble! The fabric I wanted was out of stock so they had it made in Spain and then made my gown with just two weeks to go - with their professionalism and reassurance I was so calm and then overjoyed when the gown arrived! Even making me an underskirt in 2 days which added to the overall look! Couldn’t have been happier!! Highly recommend!!
