My steel processor tells me that they placed an order for steel in 2020, at an agreed price. They tell me that Island Steel shipped part of it then, as prices had gone up, they decided not to ship the rest and claimed not to know about the order. I know that this is quite common in the steel industry, but every company that does this deserves one star.
