Really Excellent. Engineer Lee arrived exactly at the appointed time, and went out of his way to ensure that our phone/broadband problem was totally fixed before he left our premises. He was so helpful, courteous and ready to investigate every concern that we had with our phone lines & broadband, and he resolved everything with no fuss or mess. Extremely professional service throughout the visit. I would really recommend Islephone and will certainly contact them again if the need the should arise. We are a retail shop in Sandown and a good phone system is obviously essential to us, and Lee certainly made sure that we have just that. Very many Thanks.

Extremely prompt and professional service. Problem with broadband diagnosed, new external cable fitted, new internal fitting added and broadband is back in the house, much to teenage son's delight. Lots of old and now unnecessary cable got rid of to boot. Very pleasant chap and not expensive either.

Managed to nock out broadband today, trying to remove an extension point! After being told by my service provider that they couldn't come until the end of the week. Decided to look local and found Islephone. Lee came out that afternoon! He explained exactly what he had to do, fixed the problem in around 30mins and fixed another problem too!! Very professional, friendly and very reasonable! Highly recommended!!!

Lee came the very next morning after I first rang, arrived bang on time and provided excellent friendly service. He even moved the master socket box into a cupboard for me on top of resolving my issue with connection, all the while explaining what he was doing so that I understood. I felt rather guilty being unable to offer him a hot drink as I did not have the facilities. He even offered me a fizzy drink from a selection out of his van. Highly recommend.
