I'm so pleased I decided to go with Ivory & Co for my bridal dress and accessories for my wedding last summer - I honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough! After meeting Sarah at the National Wedding Fair and trying on some of her sample gowns, I could tell they were great value for quality design and materials. In the end, I didn't make any changes as I loved the Wild Orchid design so much but I really liked the fact that the dresses are made-to-measure as it gave me the freedom to reflect on exactly what I wanted. Though the location was a long drive for us, it was well worth the journey. The store is beautifully presented and Sarah & Hollie were such a joy to work with. The prosecco was freely offered on every visit (not just as part of an upsell) and, since they try to ensure each bride has their own booking slot, we had the space to ourselves, and their full attention without feeling rushed (definitely not the case in other stores!). So while my mum and bridesmaids enjoyed trying on all the stunning tiaras on display, I consulted with Hollie on the dress – which was made even easier by the fact that she had accurate records of the dresses I had previously tried on and even remembered the ones I liked and why. I blown away by their warmth, patience and attentiveness on all 3 of our visits (deciding on design, measurements and collection). Their sound advice really helped me to make the right decisions for me. You can tell by the way Sarah and Hollie talk about their previous clients that they have such a passion for what they do and take the time to get to know you and your style. They adapted well to the COVID measures and kept in contact with all the essential details through what must have been a really difficult time; and the details around payment where all really clear. My mum was so pleased with the cost after the tradeshow discounts that she decided to add a bespoke veil, some hair clips, a bracelet and earrings from Ivory & Co. They all worked so beautifully together and it meant I didn’t have to risk ordering these online (as most stores weren’t open at the time!) It goes without saying I was thrilled with my dress on the day. After catching a nasty stomach bug, I actually ended up losing more weight than I'd intended to but the dress still fit perfectly – thanks to Hollie's detailed video instructions for my bridesmaid to follow. I bought a steamer in case the dress creased in the bag, but didn’t even need to use it on the day. Sadly I ended up tearing the bottom of the skirt due to it getting caught on my heels a few times but you couldn't really tell. I’ve since had it cleaned and mended so now I can treasure the memories. I’d always thought buying a new wedding dress was such a wasteful thing to do but it was definitely the right decision for me. The silk chemise fabric was so luxurious and comfortable to wear all day even in the summer heat. Everyone commented on how stunning it was and I felt like the best version of myself. Even those who weren't able to attend went out of their way to tell me how stunning they thought the dress was so I happily enjoyed the compliments for weeks! Thank you Sarah and Hollie.

I ordered a couple of hair pieces for my wedding and chose one to keep. The piece is beautiful, so delicate but once secured in my hair it felt like it wouldn't move an inch. Really well designed and so pretty. Had many compliments about it on my wedding day.

Just could not fault the service from Ivory & Co. They were warm and accommodating from the offset, and made me the most perfect dress.
