  In short: Wait time👎 Nails not worth the money or time! Edit: 😂 she called me “sour” in her response whilst harbouring 2.7 stars, pick your battles. Nice to see you edited your initial response! Your “service” isn’t worth the money and THE REVIEWS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES Men walking through from the back room, didn’t appear appointment related. NO QUALIFICATIONS shown on the walls at all! It felt like they were taking money to practice. Left waiting 30 mins with no apology, offer of tea / water, no idea as to how long you’ll be there and no accountability for wasting your time then the woman wants to give attitude, lady you’re lucky I didn’t tell you about your shop in front your customers. No privacy, right next to main road, no parking, no frosting on windows, no blinds, decoration just a bare makeshift room with cheap chairs. If I took a photo of what your till is balancing on you’d be embarrassed. GO ELSEWHERE, it’s not even worth it. I called and asked for a slot to be BOOKED and was told by the blonde woman “normally there’s a £5 deposit but I know I have no-one at that time so just come”. When I get there I was left waiting for 30 mins before I walked out, I’m not paying you to waste my time it’s absurd that they think that’s ok. The defensive blonde woman kept talking over me repeating “it was me you spoke to, it was me you spoke to” … this wasn’t being disputed but why are you trying to argue with a customer after you double booked yourself?? IT WAS YOU I requested book the appointment and YOU who told me there was no need and assured me that time was available for me. I wish I’d seen these reviews before I wasted my petrol. I don’t care for their response, they don’t know customer service so you’ll experience the same yourself.

  Absolutely disgusted at the service I received from Jadore last Friday. I booked an appointment for 5 and had to wait half an hour to be seen.The lady who did my nails seemed very inexperienced, cut my finger twice, my nails looked horrendous, each nail was a different shape. The base was uneven, I was shocked at how someone so inadequate could be trusted with nails. The technician next to the lady had to continue my nails and she was also shocked at how bad they were & told me to pay whatever I wanted. I paid £10 just for her service, if it wasn’t for her I would have left. Worse experience ever!!! Service: Acrylic nails

  I love the service that the team provides. They make you feel so welcome. The respect is genuine and take cares of your needs. Got my nails and eyebrows threading done twice and the service and quality has been amazing! Shalu was recommended by a friend and twice she gave me outstanding results. Last min appointments taken! Another person named Kal, speaks to you with respect and take cares. The whole shop is clean and maintained always. Thank you team! Services: Pedicure, Acrylic nails, Eyebrow threading

  Booked the appointment and paid deposit as requested a day before , on the day got there 5 mins before the appointment , another customer walks in ( May be friend of the owner ) and asks to have her nails done , it was explained to the person that someone is before you ( she looked a bit disappointed) but when the owner comes in she didn’t even ask me and just asked her friend to come forward even though it was explained to the owner that someone is already waiting and has an appointment. Still no explanation and waited there 20 minutes and left. It was quite obvious and made clear that booking appointment doesn’t make any difference. This has happened twice now and won’t be going back again after treated and humiliated like this. People book appointment for reason. It’s very disrespectful and not good customer service at all. Owner is rude. Do not use ….

  these holidays in the shop worked the owner herself and she was very uneducated.She worked very fast, damaged all my fingers, she did not ask me at any moment if I was happy with her work on me.I'm very surprised how an owner can have this kind of behavior. in every country of this state there are endless choices so dont chose this Rubbish ,even the equipment does not sterilisation which means you can simply get infection’s easy … Services: Manicure, Pedicure

  I booked in to get a manicure-pedicure done and I was very impressed to see the Salon working to the Covid-19 guidelines. I felt comfortable and was so happy with the service, everyone was super friendly! I was seen to at my appointment time and didn't have to wait at all. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends! My nails look amazing!! Services: Manicure, Pedicure
