Really disappointed. I was recommended to Allnutts for servicing of my Rolex watches. First one was fine and keeps perfect time. Second one has now been back twice and still gains 4 mins a day so now being sent to Rolex, at more expense, to be sorted; third one collected today and unbelievably seems to be gaining some time already. And what is really annoying is having spent over £1000 on servicing the staff seem grumpy to the point, at times, of curtness (its really NOT my fault the watch is gaining and I have to keep bothering you ) and still unable to properly pronounce my surname despite spelling it out on three separate occasions. The little things matter. I want to support small business and particularly older ones such as this. I can get poor service from big multi-nationals. There is an expectation that from small family run firms it might be a bit more personal, customer focussed and friendly. Perhaps my experience was an aberration and I wish you very success but I won't be back and I am now pretty grumpy about the whole experience.
