Thank you for your impressively professional service. We established email contact with you, and your answers to my queries were re-assuring and calming. We initially met you at the 83 Westbourne Grove office, for the establishment of the funeral pre-plan. You thoroughly led us thru the detailed process. You readily facilitated our request for a special, tropical floral tribute. Pricing was transparent and defined. Payment was smooth. Upon the passing of my father, Kenyons quickly collected his body from the hospital, as per our request. You quickly booked the West London Crematorium. Our second meeting to finalize the funeral plan was again based on precision and a meticulous process. All your tips and warnings on pitfalls to avoid were well received. Indeed, many of them attempted to come true but were averted because of your forewarnings. Our third meeting for the open casket viewing at your office’s Oak Tree chapel was most re-assuring. Your team’s preparation of my father’s face and dressing in his final suit were immaculate. He looked so peaceful. The tropical floral tribute was outstandingly beautiful!! On the day of the funeral, the entire event was flawlessly smooth and completely as per plan. The West London Crematorium’s live audio and webcast and off-line recording were well received: we are completely satisfied with the downloaded video. Pls also thank the attending Funeral Director, and his team of pallbearers, for their courtesy, respect and helpfulness. The coordination between the 2 of you was complete: we never detected any issues that had to be corrected as potential variances from the pre-agreed plan. Our fourth and final meeting at your office to receive the final documentation for the scatter tube was quick and efficient. We also appreciated your extending courtesies to us as we finalized our overseas travel plans in your office, for the next day, to repatriate my father’s ashes! Once again, thank you for your exhaustive, communicative, professional, respectful, compassionate, and effective guidance in helping us navigate the process of planning and executing my father’s elegantly simple funeral service.
