    The customer service at this firm is appalling. I cannot believe that anybody has given a genuine 5 stars. They fail to return any of your calls on time. When they do and they send round an engineer the quality of the work is terrible. We recently had an installation which was faulty. J and J wouldn't even turn up to repair the faulty work unless we paid them a 150 pound fee in advance even though it is to fix THEIR faulty workmanship. I would avoid this firm at all costs. Post dated I have seen the response of j and j and it is nonsense. The works were not completed correctly and they held us to ransom to pay a fee to rectify the faulty works. We moved to SQR who are much more professional.
