I instructed J P Chick & Partners to perform a structural survey on a property that I was looking to buy. They carefully analysed the structure and produced a full report, noting a number of issues that could be costly, including a flat roof in need of replacement and cracks in a retaining wall. The report was helpful in both highlighting structural issues and explaining in layman’s terms what work would be required to address them. This information proved highly valuable.
