Andy was appointed by our insurance company after we had a blockage and pitch fibre issues with our pipes. This was causing water to come up through our downstairs toilet and flood several rooms when we ran the shower or flushed the toilet. This was very stressful our end as we had to move out of our house. Andy was excellent in assessing the problem, providing a detailed report and photos of the issue, before repairing the damage.
