J Van vliet Glasgow are rude, today they blamed ourselves for not allowing them to have keys to our business premises. Why should we feel compelled or forced into giving another business our keys to our property. We don't know the drivers so we don't trust them. Certainly glad we didn't hand over keys after they treated us disgustingly bad this morning when they put the phone down on our employee. No business is open at 5am when you open so when the business can't offer a "time slot" or even a hint at a time then your failing at your business. Been trading with J Van vliet a good while the old manager Dougie done the job right and could give a time slot so what's changed? Even better is when the delivery driver told us he wouldn't put plants in the van only for them not to be received by us. They are winter hardy garden plants so very silly and an insult to our knowledge on our own business. Won't be back don't trade it's too expensive anyways Javado from Holland plants are a good 20-30% cheaper

Having been an Edinburgh customer for a number of years I received a mailshot for the open day in Glasgow a few weeks ago and decided to visit for comparison sakes. Its safe to say I give serious consideration to making Glasgow my main purchase point from now on. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Registration was quick and painless and I received my customer details within a very short space of time - before this they welcomed me as a cash only customer without hesitation. Huge choice selection and very competitive deals and prices - cannot go wrong using these guys. Laura @ Quite Contrary Florist
