Very poor customer service. Waited at the counter to pay for some flowers for nearly 4 minutes and was being totally ignored. Horrible vibe from the place. They were dismissive of me like I was invisible. Maybe they don't like Asians!

I use van vliet for my flowers and some of my sundries. The flower quality has always been amazing and I cannot complain. However unfortunately my oasis that I had purchased yesterday has been absolutely awful. I don't no if its a change of supplier or a dodgy batch I may have received. Over all my experience is always amazing but the oasis has let me down today. Sorry.
