I haven't had great experiences each time I have been here. The staff today were helpful and did their best to resolve a problem but without success so I will have to make another journey when they finally track down my order. Not massively impressed at all, especially given the price of things.

Arrived at the shop excited to try on clerical wear for the first time. We were met by a lady who seemed distinctly unenthused. I explained that I'd like to try on some shirts. I was told this was not possible and I should just buy one that corresponded with my neck size. Also, I was informed, they had no fitting room. I was allowed to see one of out the packet which would obviously not fit. There were no different cuts available - tailored /slim etc. Quite why these places assume that if you're a particular neck size they need only cater for one standard body shape is beyond me. Addendum - a subsequent telephone call confirmed their was a small fitting room. Sadly the woman had lied.
