This is not your usual dog service! And that is an understatement! I knew as soon as I met Jan that my dog would be in the very best hands. I could write paragraphs about how brilliant Jan is with my dog and what a genuine and kind person she is, how she treats every dog with such love, care and individual attention, how she drops off and collects my dog to/from my house, how she even gives my dog free training sessions as part of the daycare, how flexible and professional she is. But I’ll let my dog have the last word! My dog has always been very clingy and anxious about being separated from me. After just a couple of days with Jan, my dog was desperate to greet Jan when she arrived to collect her, and she doesn’t even give me so much as a backwards glance as she happily trots off for her day of fun with Jan! My dog has NEVER done this with anyone else before or since! Which speaks volumes about Jan and the care she provides.

I brought my baby Sophie over to London from the States. I would have never been able to do so if I didn’t have Jan to look after her while I worked. Despite working odd hours, Jan was always accommodating to me. I always felt comfortable having Sophie with Jan. I would often get jealous of Sophie (and Jan!) while I was at work because Jan would send me photos and videos of their outings in Hampstead Heath and Trent Park. Sophie at the end of the day was always happy, but tired out from the day of playing with her doggie friends. I’d suggest Jan to anyone looking for excellent doggie care!

Jan at Jack's Pad is brilliant. My dog Ruby is always so excited to see her, mainly because she knows she's about to get a really good long romp around Hampstead Heath with the other dog's Jan looks after. I have used Jack's Pad for dog walking, daycare and also for boarding, and I am always really confident that Ruby is getting the very best care out there, and the fact that Jan picks her up and drops her off is massively helpful. I have used other dog walking services in the past and Jan is just a level above them all. I can't recommend her enough.

Jan runs a really professional and caring daycare and boarding business. Lulu, our dog was so happy to see her and Jack and we trusted she would be properly looked after. I was really sad that I could no longer use Jack's Pad after relocating to Scotland. Highly reccomended.
