Hi Came in today for a granary roll it looked lovely in the window display.. When I returned home I couldn't get a knife through it ..it was solid so I decided to give it to the sheep even they wouldn't eat it ..it wasn't even fresh it was like rock .

INCREDIBLE shop. All sorts of amazing delicacies - from the homemade pies, cakes, ham selection, chutneys (Mr Vikki's tomato and nigella seed a special highlight), the toffee shop fudge selection, drinks, coffee beans.. all great taste awards galore. I wish I lived closer 😭

A lovely shop and the produce they sell is second to none. The staff are all very nice and friendly helpful and I would visit them again So why the 3 star review... Well Asda sell Carrs water biscuits for £1.25 but here they are an obscene price of £4.10. M

Bought a slice of coffee cake and it was the best I’ve ever had! I’m not always the biggest fan of buttercream but the one on top of this cake was exceptional. I will definitely be getting the same next time! The lady who served me was very friendly too :)

Nice shop but they need to make a proper cheese and onion pie. Got one yesterday it was nothing but mash potatoes no flavour at all. Plus pastry thick to. But the cakes were ok.
