I was looking for a particular product for my daughter that was prescribed by my doctor . I went to my pharmacy next to where I live and the response was really not so good very disappointing not even bothering to check the product on line so I moved onto another pharmacy near by and they were helpful and took the effort to look on line and said they could order it but I thought my last shot I would go to this pharmacy and I have to say I was treated so so well the effort the girl took to try to find it in the pharmacy but couldn't as it something most places don't hold stock of . She then took time to search for it online finding it and ordering the product . I left it on order for the next day hoping that it would come. In the morning I got a phone call to say it arrived . Yes it might be just one item but the attitude, care and efficiency they took was really so good, nothing was a problem and they were all so kind, helpful and made me feel important. .Thank you Maddi Sofie Silvi and Tom and by the way the product worked so far so good .

Made an appointment 4 weeks ago to have typhoid vaccination, the clinic at the time of booking didn't ask for contact details. Arrived on the date of vac to be told they had ran out and did not have our contact details (they didn't ask for them when making the appointment in person). Very poor service.
