The best service I’ve ever had from a Rolex AD. Charlie was in no rush and took his time to explain the differences with all the watches I looked at. He had the knowledge to be able to explain each model and the differences between them and also where the cost difference were snd why. He was passionate about watches and at no point did I ever feel under pressure to make a decision. But with his experience he was able to help me decide on the perfect watch for me.

Good service however when my watch was shipped to me they misplaced the papers for the watch. Although it was sent a few days later it was worrying that this wasn't checked beforehand. I'd give 4.5 out of 5
