Poor customer service. Had to pester about my laptop multiple times over the past two months. No updates given along the way about repair service despite extremely long time it took. Rarely called picked up phone call and called back even less so. Laptop screen repair took a long time due to supply issues which I assume we’re out of their control, however that wouldn’t have been an issue of communication was better. Shop was closed multiple times when I tried to pop in during opening hours listed online which made communication more difficult and frustrating. Picked up the laptop, still broken, today to take to a different shop. Update: competition from across the road fixed it in a matter of days.
