I worked for this company from 2008 to 20014 and I can't recommend them enough. As a carer, they always organise refresher courses to keep us updated with the current rules and practices in our place of work. The owner (Jane Smith) is a very wonderful lady who comes around to the general office to ask how the carers are getting on with their job. If you have any issue, her office is always open for you. I know this because I went in there on a couple of occasions. Service users and their family should try not the make the job difficult for the carers, and then complain when they didn't go their way. I handled a lot of difficult clients in my time as a carer and I know how had it is to control yourself when some clients or family members of some clients try to be difficult.

Care Coordinator (Former Employee) - Enfield, Greater London This is still one of the best companies I worked for. They have strong policies and procedures in place and a clear and effective structure. They are fully complaint with the CQC standards and are able to deliver a safe and caring service. Clients are regularly reassessed and visited. The office staff are provided with a friendly and enjoyable environment and supported to progress.
