Terrible service from this company. I've been a weekly clean client for over two years. After paying £42 for a separate oven clean I expressed dissatisfaction with the results and asked them to take a look at the oven again. With no notice,. they cancelled my contract and returned my deposit minus an extra charge for additional cleaning of the oven. I stayed with them for 2 years because I liked the ladies who came to do the clean but have been treated very poorly by the management and as a result would recommend people give Jaycloth a wide berth.
