  I lost all of my hair due to chemotherapy and at 26 years of age my hair was one of the main parts of my identity, it was my confidence. Meeting Jen and her hair pieces has allowed me to carry on living my life as normal as possible through this period of my life. A friend referred me to Jen and when I first had my initial consultation with her instantly being in her presence made me feel calm and reassuring that I would find a short term solution whilst my hair grows back. She even gave me tips on what would help me get through my treatments. This is still very much a long term solution as well. One thing I must point out is that Jen is so accommodating, I can text her anytime of the day and she’ll get back to me instantly, any slight worry or altering I need to my hair replacement system and she will fit me into the clinic the next day. The service is amazing. You also receive an appointment reminder from Florence the day before your appointment which is very handy. It was so important for me that my hair piece looked exactly identical to my real hair. The colour match to my real hair is exactly the same. I can part it however I like so I stick to my same side parting all the time, however if you want to change it up you can. I wash it once a week but you can leave it longer, I curl it and it stays styled for the whole week, it’s great! I even prefer the thickness of the hair piece to my real hair! People can’t believe it’s not my real hair. All the ladies are lovely, welcoming, chatty and patient. I would go back here every single time for a hair piece. I highly recommend Jens services and without a doubt I know you’ll be looked after.

Jennifer is so kind and caring, she shows empathy and the service she offers is amazing. She is availiable to speak to you anytime and nothing is too much trouble. My family and friends think I look fantastic in my wig and some have even said I look 10 years younger! I feel so much more confident

  What can I say about Jenifer that hasn’t been said! She really is a remarkable human being. I went to Jenifer in the horribly vulnerable position of knowing I was going to loose my hair due to chemotherapy. I was already struggling with a horrible diagnosis and the thought of loosing my hair alongside facing gruelling treatment was too much to bear. Meeting Jennifer was a game changer. From the first moment I met her she made me feel at ease, validated my feelings and was so empathetic. She really puts her heart into what she does and it’s clear she cares so much about her clients. Now to the wigs. There are some for everyone and Jenifer takes as long as it takes to find the perfect one for you. I chose one that felt right but needed to be coloured and styled to look like my own. I had a nervous 2 week wait to collect it but wow it did not disappoint. It’s like a better version of my own hair. And I was not allowed leave without being an expert at getting it on and fitting it perfectly!! That even led to some giggles. I could not recommend Jenifer highly enough. She’s taken away some of the stress of a very stressful time in my life and for that I will always be grateful. Never stop doing what you do Jenifer, you make such a difference!

  This was my first hair solution consultation and, thanks to Jennifer, it was a positive experience. She patiently interviewed me in order to really understand my personal context and my wig desires / needs. I am a relative newbie to wigs but, after today's consultation, I have a much firmer grasp on different types of wigs (e.g. synthetic vs human hair), how to properly put on a lacefront wig, and how to care for a wig to make it last. Jennifer was super sweet and seemed to really care about me as a person. She successfully matched me with a wig that closely suited my needs within my price range. I think Jennifer is very professional, skilled, and kind-hearted. Thanks again Jennifer!

  I had a wonderful experience. Because I have lost all of my hair I was very down and depressed. The treatment was amazing and my new wig is so nice is so natural everyone comments on it. Altogether I am so happy and hope to and hope to see you soon.

  It took a while for me to write this review, mainly because I was trying to come up with the right words to describe how incredible Jennifer & her hair pieces are. I came to the conclusion that I cannot do her justice, so this will just have to do! I came to Jennifer after a horrible experience with a trusted business I had been going to for over a decade. I was very tentative and a bit fragile - having AU, wigs are crucial for me to have on a day-to-day basis. Jennifer was incredibly kind, communicative, reassuring and deeply empathetic from the get-go. She answered my calls, calmed my worries, and helped me through my tears - all while helping me find both an immediate solution and a long term solution to replace what I had previously bought from the above mentioned business. She was so validating of my experience, which felt so meaningful to me. And, oh my gosh - what a huge game changer. My experience with Jennifer Effie has been worth every roundtrip between Paris and London. From the discreet location of the shop (which, for me at least, is so important and has not ever been the case previously!), how lovely and caring Jennifer is, how beautiful and clean her space is and the quality of her wigs. She even steered me away from my very dark hair (which I had been sporting for 10 odd years now) - and for good reason! She gave me a hair color that was actually adapted to my skin tone and eye color - and frankly, has made me look and feel completely different in the best way possible. The most important part: the piece looks so natural. In photos I'm astonished by how insanely natural my hair looks. No one thinks twice now! And it's very comfortable. Any sweat wicks away quickly, which was never the case before (and therefore super uncomfortable!). The hair is thick and luxurious, it dries super quickly which is absolutely lovely, and the knotting is perfect - I have very little to no shedding or knots. If you are in need of a wig - please be assured that you can trust Jennifer completely. These purchases are emotional for many of us, and Jennifer makes the process feel much less painful than it can be. Also, the chocolates she keeps don't hurt, either.   Jennifer has been the light when it came to recognising myself and building my self esteem back up. Jennifer is an inspiration and truly a heart warming beautiful women. Jennifer puts her upmost heart and soul into this for women suffering with Alopecia and those undergoing cancer treatments who have lost their hair. I’m so glad I found her as she has given me a lot of my confidence back. I had a consultation initially with Jennifer and we went through styles, colour, textures and what would lift me up again. I purchased two beautiful real hair wigs. Jennifer had them coloured and styled to how they would naturally look on me as though I hadn’t lost my hair at all. I waited around 3 weeks which wasn’t an issue at all. The quality of these wigs are done to perfection. Jennifer also provides after care service too. For those who feel lost and do not recognise themselves. You can fully trust Jennifer. I was given all the videos and step by step process on how to look after my wigs. I just want to say a big thank you to Jennifer 5 star service all round you work so hard and do an amazing job.
