My wife and I had our wedding reception with Jim and Tonic at the Print House (which has just opened in Stratford, East London). The service provided by all of the staff (drinks service, food, music, table setting and decorations) was impeccable from start to finish - despite many of our guests accidentally arriving an hour early! We'd thoroughly recommend them as hosts for any future event, or even for just a quick drink at the bar. They make a wonderful old fashioned!

Was refused entry to this place as they were hosting a private event. This would be fine - but they were the final location in an escape room type game which they participate in. Because they refused entry we were unable to complete the game. The staff and security guard were rude and need training on basic customer service.

Company forces you to make 2 payments for delivery and when you try to contact them to either sort out the issues with delivery or request a full refund they do not reply when all previous replys were in 24 hours. Do not recommend, customer service is appalling and definitely seems like a scam.
