    Called to book an appointment only to be greeted with a horrid woman, who had so much noise on her end of the line that kept asking me to speak up, I was spelling my name and she hang up on me, called straight back call answered and phone hang up without greeting, if this is the telephone service I dont even want to know what they do to clients when you are on their premises, oh well your loss of a good customer. And 1 star given cause I couldnt give ZERO for customer services. Appalling

    People were nice, place was clean and tidy but the haircut is NOT what I wanted, and I feel really bad. I clearly explained I wanted a Long Layered Bob, as I have round face and wavy hair, and also showed SO MANY PICTURES to avoid any misunderstanding. Instead, I got a straight very short haircut, nothing like the pictures... or even like a Bob. I feel so bad because I waited a year to get a haircut and got this awful haircur that would take long time to grow. The blow dry effect is disappearing and it is even shorter.
