Absolutely thrilled to call this my new regular eyelash salon! Made a reservation through their chat and the coordinator replied to me within a minute and explained everything in length. Less than an hour later I had my appointment with Jinny and she was phenomenal - my lashes look natural but are long as well. I am very happy as I have had negative experiences previously in New Malden. She also did my eyebrows and recommended fab cica toner pads to calm my dry skin. Recommend 10/10!
