I actually first came across Joe When… I actually first came across Joe When questioning him why I would use him over going direct with Jet2 for what I saw as not that a significant saving. Joe explained what he could do then the pandemic hit. I watched closely as others struggled to speak to folk they had booked with , fobbed off and loosing money . Joe on the other hand was giving answers , answering calls and getting people refunds or re booking holidays . I decided to book a holiday even unsure if it would go ahead but secure in mind I wouldn’t loose out. The holiday went ahead and I got an extra day free of charge . If not Joe the main office are always available for any questions or doubt and they answer straight away. Holiday , forms , tests , airports and flights are nothing to be concerned about even some aspects are better and calmer. I won’t hesitate in booking with Joe again and will even recommend him.
