Had my Golf GTD in for a track rod end and MOT, which were all done as quoted, thanks. Unfortunately, when I went to pick the car up, there had been a mix up with the keys, and my key had mistakenly gone with another customer. Paul was very apologetic, and gave me a courtesy car with the arrangement that he would drop mine off the following day, and collect the courtesy car. This wasn't ideal, but no one's fault, these things happen, so off I went. A couple of hours later, a knock at the door, and there's Paul with my car! He was still apologising and didn't want to leave it, so took time out of his evening to drive the 45 mins to my house, to make sure I had my car for the morning. He didn't even have my door number, just my postcode, and managed to find my house in the dark in an unlit road. Things can go wrong, it's how you put them right that matters, and this just demonstrates Paul's and John Austins approach to this. Thanks Paul, I really appreciate you literally going the extra mile, I won't hesitate to use and recommend you in the future. Brilliant service 👏 👌 Service: Auto maintenance
