We just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone at John Heath and Sons Meadowhead, for the amazing way they have looked after us. Losing our father was absolutley devasting and we still haven't come to terms with it yet, but from the moment we called Sue, Georgina and Tracy, they took care of everything with such kindness and understanding. Every single detail on the day went perfectly, from the timings of the cars, the flowers, the arrangements at the crematorium and the service. They even arranged for some dog treats for Isla our labrador, which was such a lovely and caring gesture. I can not recommend everyone at John Heaths highly enough, they went above and beyond in every way and I simply don't know how we would have managed without thier help, undersatnding and professionalism throughout. Thank you so much for making one of the hardest days of our lives as perfect as it good have been.

Absolutely a first class service for the passing of my brother. We were initially welcomed by Katy who was so kind and professional. Then everything else was organised by Chris perfectly. The beautiful glass topped hearse with pall bearers were immaculate. The service could not have been better from the celebrant Ben. We all felt it had been the perfect way to say goodbye

I highly and strongly recommend John Heath & Sons. They have arranged 3 funerals for our family, my father, my mother and my sister. Every stage of each funeral was dealt with the highest respect, dignity and professionalism. I was greeted with calmness, patience and composure. They were understanding and caring, and attention to detail was paramount. These qualities gave reassurance and peace at a devastating time for our family. There was exceptional communication with constant updates, all dealt with compassionately with a deep awareness of our grief. John Heath & Sons treat our late relatives with the highest dignity of merit. All staff paid deep respect with reverence to our late loved ones, before, during and after the funeral. We could not have asked for a higher standard of care with thoughtfulness and kindness, whilst being treat with the utter most respect at all times.
