Ordered a Gplan kingsburys sofa from John pargeters, it’s arrived today and is absolutely brilliant , quality is outstanding and delivered on time. The process from start to finish was fantastic. We felt at easy in the showroom when looking around for sofa as there was no pressure. We are Over the moon with the sofa. We decided to go with John pargeters after we used another supplier (DFS) and received a faulty/damaged sofa from DFS, which we returned, the customer services we received of dfs was shocking and left us with out a sofa for over 4 months. You can definitely tell the difference between quality and customers satisfaction between small independent companies(John pargeters) compared to Big retailers(DFS) Highly recommend!

Recently bought a three piece Sherbourne suite to replace our old tired leather furniture. The delivery was on time, the chairs and settee was assembled with full instructions given and the old suite taken away without problem. A few weeks later we had a problem with one of the chairs which was resolved promptly and efficiently after a single phone call from us. I cannot recommend both their sales and after sales service to their customers.
