We have recently had a new bathroom installation via Jones & Co. We decided to go with a firm like Jones rather than a more high street installer because I have a super busy job and wanted it all taken care of, cradle to grave. My experience is that this was far from the case. The fact that the you need to deal with the plumber and Jones separately does not help. On reflection I have been left feeling that there were not many options/solutions provided or suggested - 1 design and that was it. Numerous things needed to be chased often with slow response. As mentioned this is the opposite of what I wanted. I would however say that the plumber (Fergus) was excellent and made up for the gaps in support/advice missing from Jones. In the end the bathroom was fitted and I and generally happy with it. There were issues with incorrect invoicing at the end. Additionally, I work in a sales and service environment, and would never allow a customer to spend £10k with my business and not conduct any kind of aftercare with the client to ensure they were happy. We have not heard from Jones to check in on our satisfaction since they received payment. Disappointing for a local business that would rely heavily on local recommendations and word of mouth. Again 5 stars for Fergus the plumber!
