    ORDERED A FLITCH BEAM THROUGH THIS COMPANY 12 DAYS AGO. I RANG ASKING FOR AN ETA AND THEY SAID THEY WILL RING ME BACK? HAD NO RESPONSE SO HAD TO CHASE IT AGAIN TO BE TOLD ANOTHER DELIVERY DAY (AT SOME POINT THIS WEEK) WHEN I ASKED FOR THE ORDER TO BE CANCELLED THEY WANTED A REASON.. YOU TOOK TO LONG TO GET ME AN ETA AND THEN SAID TO ME DO NOT RING US AGAIN AND HUNG UP ON ME? NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.

    I've had various metalwork made here and always been pleased with the work and price. Just recently I had a large shed door and frame made they listend to what I wanted as the hinges needed to open outwards and pull the door over the feather edging, it was made super quick and fitted great. Last year they supplied me hand rail with all fixings to go round my raised patio at a reasonable price too.

    It's interesting to read the 2 bad comments below from both Andrew James and Lucinda Green. They seem to have both written bad reports about East Links Residential recently too, which seems strange to me that they both have had bad experiences with the same companies at the same time.....working together perhaps to ruin the good reputation of reputable companies. I myself work for Jones and Whymark, a company that has delivered an impeccable service for over 40 years. I feel both comments are totally incorrect. Firstly, we do not seem to have any knowledge of any works completed for Andrew James, therefore he cannot possibly comment. We as a company do not say we are 'cheap', but we do boast that we provide a quality service....after all you only get what you pay for! As for being a 'bunch of crooks', this is a very slanderous accusation and totally unjust. With regards to Lucinda Green's comment, it would be interesting to know who her boyfriend is that works here, as no one here seems to know her, which is very interesting......perhaps her boyfriend is lying to her. We are certainly not 'poorly' organised, in fact we are far from that. The only bosses we have here are the 2 Managing Directors, who are very rarely here, leaving our Director in charge. So yes only one boss here to organise the staff etc. As for Lucinda's comment about 'very greedy staff who won't hesitate to pull the wool over customers eyes' again totally unjust. As I mentioned earlier we do not boast that we are cheap, but we are professional, delivering a quality service. We are always honest about cost, providing written quotations on request and do not go ahead with any works until the customer is aware and happy with the cost. We have no hidden charges! If you were at any point unhappy with the service we provided you (which again I can't find any record of us completing any works for you), then what you should have done is telephone us to resolve any issues rather than posting untrue, unjust and slanderous comments about us. Anyone that reads the comments from both Andrew James and Lucinda Green, please do not take any notice of them as I believe they have been posted maliciously. We are a very reputable company delivering an impeccable quality of service and have done for over 40 years. We have a very good rapport with various large construction companies, local builders and the general public.
