Josie is such a lovely, welcoming and professional person. Her beauty room was a warm, cosy and relaxing space. I’d booked in with a back and shoulder massage because I carry a lot of stress across my shoulders causing discomfort and sometimes pain. Josie worked her magic, was able to adjust the pressure to my requirements and really helped work out the knots. I liked that I could choose my length of time for the massage. I had an aromatherapy massage with Josie for the first time but definitely won't be my last. Lovely setting, very professional, pressure was spot on and she is attentive to your needs checking the pressure and temperature is suitable, the electric blanket was a really nice touch.
