From the very first enquiry I found them very professional. David the Director, visited the site and we could discuss in person what were my requirements for the AC unit. The quote was reasonable and within three weeks the engineers were in place. The two engineers were most efficient and friendly and within four hours the job was completed with no mess to the interior of our bedroom or outside. I Highly reccommend JR COOLING, during summer it was extremely hot and since I have a little one I made the decision to get AC installed. It was quick and efficient and the service was excellent. Our old aircon system at home packed up and I contacted a local company who charged us £125 to visit and told us we needed a new unit and quoted us £2360. A friend who has a service contract with JR Cooling for their shops asked them to visit us to see if they could help. They came the next day and fixed the unit in less than an hour and regassed it. They charged £80 plus VAT (and my friend paid the bill!) Works better and is colder than it ever was. Magic! Definitely recommended.

I found JR Cooling online and went onto their website as I was looking to have AC installed in my home. I am not good with technology so I rang them to get quote. David came out on the same day and gave me quote. I was extremely pleased with the quote I was given and finalised after 2 days. AC was installed the following day, I guess I’ve been very lucky. I was expecting cracks on the wall and a lot of mess. David and the engineers were extremely professional and polite , specially David ensured to make sure the work area was kept clean and disposed off any mess. They actually put sheets on the floor in both rooms and vacuumed after completing the job, I was amazed. Once they had completed the job they talked me through how to use the system. I am extremely pleased with the service and the system, If could I would give them 10 stars. I am sure if I ever have any problem in future they will fix it the next day.
