The JTS team are absolutely fantastic. After all of our disappointment with the first delivery team sent by furniture village and poor initial handling of the situation, Steve and his JTS team made contact. They were caring professional and did their job with no fuss whatsoever, our bed was brought in and delivered with no fuss at all within minutes. We were told our bed could not be delivered and we needed to use a carpenter to build a bed (we had already purchased) in the bedroom at our cost! Steve and his JTS team made the person who made that statement look ridiculous because the bed was delivered into the bedroom in 10mins. Furniture village will do well to engage the JTS team in all of their deliveries otherwise they will get really scathing reviews and lose customers. Thank you JTS team for recovering what would have been poor service from Furniture Village!!!

We had James and Steve come out to help with our move. They disassembled all of our furniture and moved it to the new property and reassembled it all back up. All done very professionally with good quality and care, there were no damage to the furniture. Even when we had an unexpected item that needed to be disposed off on the day, they were very helpful and accomodating. When there were miscommunication around timing of when we can get into the new house, they were again very jovial and flexible, offering advice and different ways to accommodate everybody. I would definitely recommend JTS to anyone moving houses, which they definitely make a much less stressful ordeal!!
