There’s not a lot of variety - they didn’t have the most basic colour of braids and the staff had a mad attitude. Try Ebonis in Stratford mall or INF hair & cosmetics. Way more stock available :)

The people who work here are racist. They follow me around the store all the time which makes me uncomfortable. You cannot go in there without buying anything as they will they think that you have stolen. My friends have also experienced this. There’s also a video circulating where one of the shop assistants told a black lady to “go back to Africa, you black animal” which has just confirmed the suspicions I already had about this store. Please do not shop here.

Not a very nice store. There is a WhatsApp message going round saying that one of the people there racially abused a black person and told them to go back to Africa you black animal. Wow and we are keeping them financially secure. Keep it real my people. There are other places that are black owned. Check out the shop in stretford arndale. Support your own.

This shop discriminates against the disabled. They refused to allow me to shop with my assistance dog, saying that I would have to carry him! 😳🤔. He is wearing a service dog harness, with an assistance dog lead. Very clearly marked. I tried to explain that it IS discrimination to do this but was just faced with rudeness. I am disabled, how am I supposed to carry a dog around? Ignorance is no excuse. Not liking dogs is no excuse. This is discrimination. Please take your assistance dogs to this shop, or boycott it all together until an apology and policy change is made public.
