Don't use for birthday parties! Organised birthday party for my daughter and regreted it! What a horrid experience that was! Staff were rude, behaving like kids lost in the woods, complete lack of any organisation or commuication between them. Despite being well within our time we were rushed by member of staff standing by the door with a bin bag lierally kept saying "you've got 15 minutes", "you've got 10 minutes" ect, rude to our guests, ohh, just so emabrassing!Place was overcorwded, toilets filthy and cafe upstairs dirty.

Managers have no heart, compasion and are programned like robots when dealing with a child/ children with a disablity. As a parent i feel that they do not use and discression but instead was not willing to allow my son a little bit of extra time even though is season time was over and he was in a distressed state. They demanded to pay extra or ha e my son removed. No excuse, for this narrow minded atitudes toward a diabled person or child with specail needs can be justified. I would not recommend having a party there or bring anybody there with special needs and i will never go there again.

My son was discriminated against for having spina bifida. He is mobile but not quite walking unassisted. They advertise pictures of parents holding their children and jumping with them. Babies crawling all over the jumping area floor and in the foam pit. (All over Facebook and instagram!) But because my son has spina bifida, he was not allowed to join in on his big sisters party and was singled out by the staff that run the site. They stated ‘due to insurance and safety reasons’ even though we sign a waiver. My son would never be left unattended at anytime. Quoting safety but not following it in other areas. There was not organisation, it was overcrowded. The fire exits were not clearly shown and were actually blocked up. They started spraying cleaning chemicals on the table whilst there were still children sitting and food on the table. It is completely rushed. To single out a 2 year old with a condition is far from fair. It’s a good thing he doesn’t completely understand why he wasn’t allowed to join in the party.
