Where the hell is this carpark? I followed the directions on Google Maps to the location as detailed in the instructions after paying. They took me to the wrong location....a bunch of shops. Drove back round 3 times and still couldn't see an entrance. I also waited for over 13 minutes on a call to customer services prior to this for help but no one ever answered. Never found the carpark... ended up parking elsewhere. Wasted £10.

Ignore Gavin's review, this car park does exist, I've just used it myself. Be wary of the steep ramp - less experienced drivers will struggle to enter and exit.

DO NOT BOOK, it no longer exists but you are still able to book, really disappointed found this out this weekend when arrived and no signs or anything were there. So had to pay on the spot somewhere else which cost me 51 quid... Guted shouldnt of gone with them. Sent me a confirmation on friday aswell, just hope i atleast get my money back
