    Just returned from having my hair styled by Klaudia, can’t praise her enough , and I’m so happy with the end result . From the moment you walk through the door , everyone is friendly and welcoming . I must admit I was quite nervous beforehand, but Klaudia was so kind , listened and explained everything step by step and completely put me at ease .     I absolutely loved my experience at JYG. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I was offered a bottle of water & biscuits. I had my appointment with the beautiful Ellie. Honestly, Ellie hands are invisible she was soo gentle that I did not feel anything and I had a wash,cut &styling😳. She was very patient and reassuring as I run different ideas with her in terms of the cut and style I wanted. She is such a professional and directed me without overpowering my wants.     I had my haircut today by beautiful Ellie. Although I did not have an appointment time, the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Ellie did a very good job, she was patient and treated my hair professionally. I definitely come back again to this salon. Also, as I have AS, it is hard for me to bend my neck backward for washing and shampoo before haircut, but it was the first beauty salon I was in that had a standard chair which did not hurt my neck at all. Ellie asked me few times if my neck is Ok to continue washing and shampoo. Well done to all of you for keeping standards high.
