All of the tradesmen are friendly and helpful and the workmanship is 1st class, we couldn't fault any of them. After much research and getting several quotes I settled on K&D Construction to carry out an extensive refurbishment on a 1960's bungalow at our garden centre. We needed several internal walls removing, the front extending out and a garden room adding on the back. New wiring, floors and finishing along with new heating were all required. Kris, and the whole team from K&D Construction were on time, on budget and worked in a clean, safe and organised environment. Paperwork, guarantees and relevant certificates were all made available without fuss. I would strongly advise not to use this company under any circumstances. They were previously known as HW Construction (Mr Henscoe was/is Director of both) and are based at the same address. HW Construction was put into voluntary liquidation and the new company started, both in 2010. Mr Henscoe is avoiding his responsibilities to his customers by hiding behind the new company name - to all intents and purposes, HW Construction and K&D Construction are exactly the same business. If it was possible to give no stars, I would have done so, 1 star is the minimum the review will permit. I cannot stress my views strongly enough!
