Ordered a pcb on Tuesday evening and paid for next day delivery as customer was without heating and hot water I expected part to turn up Thursday but it did not so waited until Friday and still nothing I then emailed the company to see what was going on with no response , I then waited again until Monday again no part in sight , I tried calling k j plumbing factor's but no one picked up , I emailed again with no response ,mean while I have a customer wanting to know what's going on as this was almost a week from the date I said it would be sorted , I then get a random email from PayPal saying the payment was refunded with no apology or anything from the company this company is an absolute disgrace. Don't buy from this company unless you don't fancy your part you paid for turning up or you like poor communication. AVOID
