  The put us in very small room in 5th floor and the carpet was dirty with food stain because people cannot find spot to eat in this small room. Also the told us that Wifi is not working and we spent two nights without internet. The bathroom has no robe you have to bring your own.

  We stayed at the K + K for 4 nights. The staff was very helpful and nice, the breakfast was amazing, and the location was ideal for everything we had planned. Restaurants are one block away.   My stay at K+K Hotel George Kensington exceeded my expectations. The service of the hotel staff especially was exceptional. Upon arrival, at 10am, we were exhausted and just wanted to drop our bags off after at 25 hour trip from Australia. I told the front desk staff this and they accommodated us so that we could be moved into a room immediately. The relief knowing we didn't have to walk around for the next 5 hours was amazing. So straight away they were off to an amazing start. The buffet breakfast was also a lot better then what I was expecting. Hot breakfast every day and also cold options. The rooms were on the small side, but cozy and comfortable. On checkout again they accommodated us when we needed to hang around the hotel while we waited our for our flight which was an evening flight. Overall really happy.

  I never write reviews but today is different. On May 2, I was due to fly into London from the United States and stay at K+K Hotel George May 2 evening. On May 2, our flights from the US were delayed multiple times, then canceled. We had to transfer airlines to the soonest possible next flight which landed us in London May 3 morning. Upon learning about these delays and then cancellations, I reached out to the Hotel George about a cancellation and refund due to circumstances out of my control and not being able to physically get there to make my reservation. They have denied any such courtesy despite MULTIPLE phone calls to the third party booking site AND the hotel themselves putting my reservation as a “no show”. We have tried the last week to get a hold of someone who can understand our circumstances to no avail. I honestly cannot believe a company would go through such great lengths to withhold releasing funds back to us in such a uncontrollable situation. I will never recommend this hotel and I’m so sad to say that but they have not earned anything but a very bad taste in my mouth. Terrible terrible customer service and they should be ashamed.

  (Translated by Google) Pleasant and clean hotel, courteous staff, always smiling, patient and welcoming! , friendly and quiet environment Our room was small but practical, bottles of water every day (the floor creaks a little, probably a wooden floor covered with a carpet, we got used to it after an hour🤪) And breakfast does repeat itself and there is no change, but there is no way you will leave hungry 😊 eggs, cheeses, yogurt delicacies, toasts, jams, honeycomb, a pancake maker, tea and coffee. In front of the bright and spacious dining room there is a wide beautiful garden with tables and chairs and on cool days there is a heater for those who wish to sit outside. The hotel is close to the metro (about 300 meters) and bus lines, there are restaurants in the area and a long street with a selection of Italian, Japanese, Chinese, and other restaurants (Original) מלון נעים נקי , צוות אדיב , חייכן סבלני ומסביר פנים תמיד! , סביבה ידידותית ושקטה החדר שלנו היה קטן אך פרקטי , בקבוקי מיים מידי יום (הריצפה חורקת מעט, כנראה ריצפת עץ שכוסתה בשטיח , התרגלנו אחרי שעה🤪) וארוחת בוקר אמנם חוזרת על עצמה ואין שינוי אבל אין מצב שתצאו רעבים😊 ביצים, גבינות, מעדני יוגורט, טוסטים , ריבות , חלת דבש, מכונה להכנת פנקייק , תה וקפה. מול חדר האוכל המואר והמרווח יש גן יפייפה רחב עם שולחנות וכסאות ובימים קרירים יש תנור חימום למי שמעוניין לשבת בחוץ. המלון קרוב למטרו (כ 300 מטר) ולקווי אוטובוסים, יש מסעדות באזור ורחוב ארוך עם מבחר מסעדות איטלקיות , יפניות, סיניות , ועודםי

  Rooms: Rooms are tiny but very clean, just the AC was not cooling due to the pipes were too hot due to the heater so it couldn't cool the room and we had to sleep with fans and with the windows open but them you would wake up at 5am because of the birds or at 8am because a near building's constructions. Nearby activities: Just one block away of the main street with lots of businesses and restaurants. Safety: All good. Walkability: Just one block away of the main street with lots of businesses and restaurants. Also close to the train station and bus stops. Food & drinks: Great breakfast and also good bear at the bar.
