Karen is an excellent instructor who gets to know you and helps build confidence in areas you find more difficult. She is calm and confident and our lessons always had a great atmosphere and I always looked forward to them. She's very knowledgeable and always on hand to help answer any questions you may have. I'm sad I won't be having any more lessons but extremely happy she helped me pass first time.
