Unfortunately due to emergency situation I was unable to attend the appointment. I cancelled and accepted not getting deposit back but Kata not only took 15£ of the deposit but on the top of it charged me 30£ for nothing. She did not communicate with me nor did she respond to my text and messages I sent to even confirm she got the message. The most unprofessional service I have ever seen. 45£ for nothing and the service supposed cost 30£. I won’t get my money back but others please be careful with this type of service.
