No, we do not have any designated smoking areas on the premises. All of our holiday homes are non-smoking properties to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests.How do you ensure that previous guests have not smoked in the holiday home before our arrival?
We have strict policies in place to ensure that all of our holiday homes are non-smoking properties. Our housekeeping staff thoroughly clean and inspect each property after every guest departure to ensure that there is no evidence of smoking. We also rely on the honesty and respect of our guests to adhere to our non-smoking policy.Will we be charged a fee if we are found to have smoked in the holiday home?
Yes, if we find evidence of smoking in the holiday home during or after your stay, you will be charged a cleaning fee of £250. This is to cover the cost of deep cleaning the property and removing any smoke odor for the comfort of future guests.How much does it cost to rent karaoke equipment?
We do not offer karaoke equipment rentals at this time. However, we do offer a wide range of cultural and entertainment activities for our guests to enjoy during their stay.Are there any restrictions on home improvement projects or modifications?

We had a brilliant experience with Kat & Toms, and specifically the property we stayed in. The Cyder House in Frampton on Severn was fantastically furnished, clean, spacious and filled with all the necessary amenities and more! The Hot tUb was a real highlight. We went there for a work weekend away however it would be perfect for families or groups of friends.

We had the most wonderful time at Marsden manor with our family celebrating our 60th wedding anniversary. The manor had everything to keep the whole family entertained from our 1 year old right up to ourselves and every one in between. Thanks to Diana who organised everything and special thanks to Lucy and her team for the amazing food she prepared for us. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Hall on the Hill! We rented it for a hen weekend with 24 guests. The house was phenomenal and had everything we could have asked for. Both the owner of the house and Kate and Tom’s were so responsive and ensured we had a great time. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed! Thank you so much for having us.

We were very pleased loved the house and layout great ,plenty of space for everyone.Beds comfortable. Hamper very welcome. The dining room was great. Small niggles most doors do not close , Shared bathroom first floor no viable lock. Shower for reduced mobility on ground floor not easy. In event of fire not sure how you get out from top floors. Having been delighted with house this does seem a list but it did not detract from our enjoyment Kind Regards Lin Rivers
