What a session I just had with the loveliest and the most calmest Katrina. This was my first reiki and I went with my open arms without any expectations. Not gonna lie I was bit anxious how my body and mind would react to it but it just went smoothly. After a session while waiting for the train I did feel clear and sharp and little heavier in certain parts of my body. Even a gloomy grey rainy london started to look pleasant!! I know I have a long way to go and this is just the beginning to it. For that I would again come back to Katrina for her warm healing hands. Also I like how the room was set up with music in background and the crystals around. All in all it felt cozy and inviting energy. Thank you Kat.
